How we work

Order through our site and we pack and ship within two business days from our small packing room in Matsumoto. We use chilled packaging in summer so nothing arrives runny or damaged.

Twice a year, after the spring and late-summer harvests, we send a curated box of three to four jars to subscribers. You get the new harvest before it goes on general sale, plus a short note about what the bees were foraging.

We supply a small number of cafes and restaurants in Nagano and Tokyo. Minimum order is twelve jars per variety. We visit in person before taking on a new wholesale account, because we want to know how the honey will be used.

We put together gift sets for weddings, corporate gifts, and seasonal presents. Custom labels with a name or short message are available for orders of twenty jars or more. Lead time is ten working days.
